my fall favorites
hello my dears,
I hope you're doing well. to celebrate the first week of November, I thought it would be fun to do a little round up of some of my fall favorites. Things that I've purchased and am currently loving. I hope your October was all kinds of wonderful and that this month (and next) are wonderful for you as well.
I normally do blogmas for the holidays, and I may do a few gift guides here and there, but I am taking a break from pumping out content as I work on several personal projects. I just wanted to mention that for those of you who may be wondering about what to expect in the coming months. Some of the items below are good gift items, so that's something to keep in mind.

butter cookies compact mirror
so, this one is on my personal wish list. I have several compact mirrors from this brand, and they are amazing. one thing I love about them is that they are always a conversation starter when pulled out, but truly, I love having these on hand. my goal is to have one in every corner of my life -- the car, the purse, the gym bag, etc. They make such cute gifts because there is a style for everyone! This one specifically feels so nostalgic to me because my mom would buy butter cookies and then keep the tins for sewing supplies, and it's such a sweet memory.

I use mine as a jacket, and it has such a cozy look to it. I feel like fall when I have it on. I finally bit the bullet and purchased another one this September as I seemed to have lost the one I had when we moved. But now that I have it, I wear it every chance I get -- paired with a basic tee, a leggings and some
a good pair of snoopy socks
one thing about me is I love cute, cozy, statement socks, especially in the fall. I love the longer socks from American Eagle. You know, the ones you can pull over your leggings? The fall is the only time I like socks that go above the ankle and it's a bonus when they have a cute design on them. AE socks have some of the cutest ones I've seen and I especially love the ones that have the cutest snoppy pictures on them. AE sells seasonal pairs, and I always try to grab a pair each year.

literally my go to shoe when it comes to fall. my favorite of this shoe has always been taupe. I'm not lying when I say these shoes are worth every penny. they last so long, so the price is justifiable. I am on my fifth year of wearing the same shoe and they still look (and feel) so good!

lip balms
if you know me, you know I am a lippie queen. I have several lip balms and glosses on me at all times. I like to switch them out throughout the seasons and fall is the perfect time for shades of brown and toasty pinks.
here are some of my fall favorite shades: rhode espresso, toasted marshmallow summer fridays, cinnamon sugar laneige, and olehenriksen creme brulee.
belted bag
a good bag is always an essential and I always feel like fall is when the brands come out with the cutest styles (and colors) of bags. This bag was a collaboration FabFitFun did, and I picked it as a choice when I customized my box and honestly, it's so cute -- I am obsessed with the style. I feel like it's going to be my go to during this fall and Christmas season!

I saw the one from lola blanket and immediately wanted it -- but not for that price. So I went on the hunt for something similar and this one from urban outfitters caught my eye. It's the softest most amazing thing ever and it screams fall. My kids are always fighting about who is going to sit next to me when I bring it out
the owala water bottle in the shade "in good company"
I bought this at the beginning of the school year and it's been my "fall" water bottle. personally, I love the copper look and feel like it is a fall color. I've been using it non stop and the free sip technology is my favorite thing ever.
